Lexi Diamond is gorgeous, we’ve been lovers and friends for a long time now and I always enjoy and appreciate spending quality time with her. I often joke about it being difficult to go out without the urge to eat some dead animals. In reality it’s never hard for me to find something to eat. I actually find myself trying out a much larger variety of foods now than I ever did and discovering new tastes and flavors is always exciting. Like three bean desert LOL!
We can eat plants in so many different and delicious ways these days. It seems obvious to me that eating naturally grown foods from nature’s free, clean and renewable resources and elements is the most conscious way for me to live. The captured energy of the sun, plants, provide us with everything we need to heal, energize and ascend towards our fullest potential. It amazes me how awesome and creative we have become with our culinary minds.
Anything and everything that helps us quit our killing habits and move toward conscious consumption is a great thing. Those amazing bean and boca burgers and everything on the “Follow Your Heart” menu definitely helped me through my hard transitional times. All we need is to do is make the choice and be committed to it. It’s a long process, own it.
